New Users: Review CAC Culture Grants Sign Up Instructions prior to signing up for a new user account. Only one user account may be created, per applicant organization; this account may only be created by an authorized representative. 

Recent Applicants or Returning Grantees: Once logged in, be sure to verify your individual contact information (e.g. mailing address, phone number, and email address), as well as organizational information via the My Organization tab.  Be sure to update any fields, as necessary.

Enter the mailing address for the contact at your organization.
If applicable, enter the second line for the contact at your organization's mailing address.
Enter a phone number in format: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Only use numbers and dashes.

Important: Once created, your Username cannot be changed. When creating a Username, consider one that is relative to your organization; it should not be specific to any one individual. For example, a Username generic to California Arts Council could be "CAC_Grants".

Create a valid Password by following the four rules:
Minimum 8 characters (case sensitive)
Minimum 1 uppercase letter
Minimum 1 numeric character
Minimum 1 special character (e.g. @, !, or *)
New Users: After completing the verification action below, click "Submit" to provide organizational details on the following Organization page.

Existing Users: Select "Save" after updating your user account information.

Drag the slider and move it to the right side before you submit the form.
This action is required in order to prove that you're a human.
